I'm a mental and emotional wellness therapist committed to helping people achieve fulfillment in their lives. My work focuses on going beneath the surface of outward expression to reveal the true needs, hopes and desires that exist within us. I believe in supporting each client by validating his/her experience and using it as a guide in our therapeutic work. I primarily work with couples helping them navigate the turbulence that often complicates marriages and intimate relationships. My formal training plus having been married for 30+ years, give me an invaluable skill set and truly empathetic approach that appeal to my clients. Many of the common issues and adversities addressed in couples work, I have experienced personally.
